This includes essential telemetry, dispatch contacts, and billing information. We secure explicit consent via our cookie banner and portal agreements prior to any data collection.

2. Purpose of Collection

Personal data is solely processed to execute freight contracts, provide real-time GPS/temperature tracking, and fulfill our legal obligations under Indian transportation laws. We do not sell or monetize personal data to third parties.

3. Your Right to be Forgotten

You maintain full ownership of your data. You may exercise your right to erasure by navigating to your Client Portal Dashboard and selecting "Delete Account & Data" in the danger zone, which will permanently purge your records from our active databases.

4. Security Measures

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). We enforce strict Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) preventing unauthorized access to telemetry and billing records.
